Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your full name, company email address, role, and the reason for your inquiry. If you sign up to be notified about the release of our book, we collect your email address. If you book a call using our Calendly scheduling tool, Calendly collects the information you provide to schedule the meeting, such as your name, email address, and any details you add, and may set its own cookies to support the scheduling session. Calendly's use of this information is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected through the analytics tools described below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site. This service uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. Google may combine this data with information from other sites and services it operates. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics only load on your device after you opt into the Analytics cookie category described below — they are not present at all until you make that choice. You can learn more about Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not currently use advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or live chat software on the Site.
Cookies

- Send updates about the book, if you have opted in
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

Who We Share Information With
We share information with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts the Site and delivers contact form submissions to us by email
- Google LLC, which provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Calendly LLC, which provides the call-scheduling tool used to book time with us
- GitHub Inc., which hosts the Site's underlying code (GitHub does not receive visitor data through normal use of the Site)
Contact form submissions are currently reviewed and managed manually. We do not yet use a customer relationship management (CRM) or email marketing platform.
