About the Site

The Site provides information about Groundwork CX's consulting services, including articles, position papers, and other content related to customer experience and organizational capability. The Site is intended for a professional business audience.

Trademarks. Company-Focused CX™, Customer-Centric Execution™, and other terms marked with ™ on the Site are trademarks of Groundwork CX LLC, claimed under common law. They have not yet been registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. You may not use these marks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or origin from Groundwork CX without our permission.

Content on the Site, including position papers, articles, and frameworks, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, consulting, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for engaging Groundwork CX or another qualified advisor to address your organization's specific circumstances. These Terms currently do not address online purchases or payments, since the Site does not process them. If Groundwork CX begins offering direct purchases, deposits, or paid bookings through the Site (for example, book sales or diagnostic scheduling), these Terms will be updated to include the applicable sales terms before that functionality goes live.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
